We've always taken password security seriously — but why stop there? Today we're excited to roll out something better: Passkeys are now available on Synaps Media.
What is a Passkey?
A Passkey lets your device log you in using your fingerprint, face scan, or PIN — the same way you unlock your phone. There's no password to type, remember, or reset. Your device handles everything, and nothing sensitive is stored on our servers.

Our recommendation: go fully passwordless
Password login isn't going anywhere. It still works, and you can keep using it if you prefer. But once you've set up a Passkey, we encourage you to take one extra step: remove your password entirely from Account Settings.
Going fully passwordless means there's no password left to steal. And if you ever lose access to your device, recovering your account is straightforward; just use the password reset flow to get back in, then set things up again.
Getting started takes less than a minute
- Log in to your Synaps Media panel
- Go to Account Settings → Security
- Click "Add Passkey" and follow the prompt
