Why my custom domains redirects to synaps.media domain?
If you connected your domain successfully but it's redirected to your synaps.media subdomain, you just need to set your "main domain". Here is how:
When you connect a domain to your site, it'll be connected as "Redirect Domain". That means, this domain will be redirected to your "main domain", which is your synaps.media subdomain by default. To use your custom domain as your main domain, please select it on your panel with "Main domain" select, under the connected domain list.
Please mind that, you can only set domain as main once it's successfully connected (after DNS checks pass). When you set your main domain, your site will be restarted with this change in a minute. After the deployment, you will start using your site with your new domain.
