How can I delete my data?

Synaps Media is GDPR compliant. That means you can request to delete all of your data we store in our servers. Data we store can include:

• Your websites' database, uploaded images and files, themes, configuration files
• Your websites' automated backups
• Support chat conversations
• Your email address and domain records
• Your payment history and address (if you provided, stored on Stripe)

If you want to delete all of those data please write us from our support chat after logging in with your account.
