We’re excited to introduce a highly requested feature for all Synaps Media users — Newsletter Credit Top-Ups! 🎉
As you know, every Synaps-hosted website already includes 2,000 newsletter credits per month as part of the Starter Plan. But now, when you need to reach more subscribers or run a big campaign, you’re no longer limited to the monthly allowance.
🔋 What’s New?
Starting today, you can top up extra email credits directly from your Synaps panel — fast, simple, and flexible.
💳 Credit Packs Available:
- 10,000 emails for €5
- 100,000 emails for €45
- Buy up to 10 packs per purchase, and stock up as much as you like!
🔁 How It Works:
- Monthly credits (2,000) still renew at the start of every billing cycle and you use them first.
- After that, your extra credits kick in automatically.
- Extra credits are shared across all your Ghost websites, no need to buy separately.
- Unused top-up credits expire 12 months after purchase.
- All credits are available instantly after payment, perfect for last-minute campaigns!
🧠 Why This Matters:
Until now, if you hit the 2,000 emails/month cap, you had to wait until your next cycle. Now, you’re in full control. Whether you’re launching a new product, running a holiday campaign, or just growing faster than expected, you’ve got backup.

This isn’t a plan upgrade. The top-up option is available to all accounts on our €48/year Starter Plan. As always, there are no surprise limits, just one transparent price and the freedom to scale when you need it.
🎯 Ready to top up?
Head to your Synaps Panel and go to Pick Your Website → Newsletter Credits to get started.
Clicking Newsletter Credits will open details dialog. Click "Buy Credits".
Select your desired credit pack, and press "Go to Payment".
You will be redirected to payment checkout page. If you want, you can increase the quantity of the pack up to 10 in a single payment. Once your payment is successful, your new credits will be ready to use.
