By enabling Complete Search for your Ghost site: - Search will be done inside article contents, instead of just their titles and excerpts. - Search results will include pages as well. - Search will be done in member-only posts too, without exposing their full content to non-members. - You will not be limited to 10,000 posts to search, as in the built-in search. - You will be able to see search insights like most searched keywords, most clicked search results and searches without any results. Complete Search is powered by [Vellumine](https://vellumine.com/?ref=synapsmedia.com), an independent search service for Ghost. We have partnered with Vellumine to provide their expertise with publishers in Synaps Media, with a safe, easy and affordable way. ## How to enable Complete Search To enable Complete Search addon, go to your site settings on Synaps Media Panel. Scroll down to the Add-ons section. Add-on payment date aligns with your site subscription. Because of that, if you pick a billing cycle longer than the current site subscription renewal, your first payment will be a partial payment from today to the site subscription renewal date. After payment approval, your content will be started to indexing and with a quick deployment, your site will automatically start working with the Complete Search UI. ## Configuring Complete Search Once you enable add-on, it'll immediately start indexing your content, and then search will be active on public site in a few minutes. By default, the search UI matches your theme and site language. When you cancel it, complete-search functionality will stop working immediately and your site will return back to Ghost's built-in search. The amount for the remaining part you paid for the add-on will be credited to you account balance. Your account balance will be used in your next payment automatically. ## FAQ #### What is Vellumine? Vellumine is an independent search service Ghost sites. It's operating from Germany, GDPR-compliant, fast and secure. Add-on payment cycles align with the site subscriptions they are attached to. If you have monthly subscription for your site, you can pay Complete Search also in only monthly only period. If you are in yearly+ subscription, you have option to pick monthly or yearly payments for the add-on. #### Why is my payment amount less than the shown price? Because add-on payment cycles align with the site subscriptions they are attached to, your first payment may be partial depending to your site subscription due date. For example, if you have yearly subscription for your site and your on 6th month of your current cycle, your yearly payment for Complete Search add-on will start with half-year payment to align next payment date with site subscription.
